Exhibitors will be able to setup on Thursday, January 17th from noon to 6 pm.
Teardown will be on Sunday, January 20th from 10:30 am to noon.
Shipping and Packages
If shipping packages to Hotel, you must notify Hotel at least one week in advance.
Each shipment sent to Hotel must include:
Name of Exhibitor;
Your Arrival Date;
and the number of items/boxes contained in the shipment.
Each package should arrive no earlier than three (3) days before the Arrival Date.
Hotel reserves the right to add storage fees for any packages that arrive earlier.
Hotel shall have no liability for the delivery, security or condition of the packages.

The hotel will receive and store up to five (5) boxes at no charge. Charges will apply as follows:
Each additional box: $5.00. /. Each Pallet: $25.00
It is the responsibility of the client to repack, seal and label any packages that need to be shipped out.
